Sweet Potato Hash
I don’t usually cook like this. Why? I think because I never have cooking facilities and ingredients in the same place.
Also, I associate this kind of cooking with New York. I’ve never been there and know nothing about the place. And I think of this as a breakfast dish. I served for tea.
Ingredients
Onion
Big sweet potato like, three fists
Half chorizo ring
Half bag chicken nuggets
Box of little tomatoes
Smoked paprika
Spinach
Four eggs
Tools
Peeler
Make
Order is important. Steady now,
Microwave the sweet potato for a few minutes, let it cool, peel, dice
Get the oven going, in with the tomatoes and chicken nuggets
Slice sausage, fry, put aside
Fry onion with some more oil until smell is gone
Throw in the sweet potato and paprika, cook covered until potato is done (two songs)
Get boiling, about a thumbful of water
Boil up spinach and eggs. Eggs for ten minutes (hard)
(optional) Empty oven, add tomatoes to hash
dunk eggs in cold water
You can delay several of the processes. At the end, layer hash, sausage and tomatos, spinach, then chicken peel and chop an egg on each pile
Variations
Don’t have to use any of the ingredients, if you havn’t got them. But the sweet potato/paprika hash is probably key. As is the oven‐crazy cooking method, and a good variety of something.
Discussion
There’s a link downstairs. Mine was a few ingredients different, and cooked in different ways and order.

Feedback
Nobody thought there was enough food, looking at the frying pan. Nobody thought I could get away with spinach. I agree, boiled cabbage and spinach are horrific. Smash hit, which must prove something, but I don’t know what.
